# Staking ### **Our of the core elements of the Greenheart dApp is the creation and deployment of Community Based CBD Staking Pools** The Greenheart CBD Token project will also enable token holders in the community to provide funding directly to farmers in the form of equipment and education administered by Greenheart CBD to developing and advanced countries, who wish to switch from cash crops to cultivating CBD production via staking pools. Over time, the community will be able to review potential projects they might wish to support via staking through the project website and mobile application. Longer term, the project intends to examine extending staking to other related sectors, particularly in the area of sustainable and environmental farming.
